Perfect cable to replace my Beats Solo 3. Thanks to the cable I was able to use my Beats to watch TV on the plane. There was no need to spend money to buy a headset compatible with the airplane input.

I honestly spent money on this. The only reason I bought it was to improve the mic sound, but with every app I've used on my phone and computer, the sound quality was still terrible. People didn't hear me, and if they did, it sounded very quiet. Terrible value for money.

The first two photos are a month after use. Not great that's why I left 3 stars. The last two photos are from today. Now the sound only comes from one side. I bought the cable in December 2020, now it's late February 2021. The cable shouldn't fall apart that much after only three months of use. Especially when it's just sitting on my desk with headphones on or tucked away in my backpack. Rating changed to 1 star.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the quality I expected or if it was damaged, but I would have a hard time understanding how the metal chewed up in an upholstery envelope like this. It's just a 3.5mm cable with a volume button, so for the price I'd expect less ripping. Has anyone received them the same way?
