Arrived on time. I bought it to replace a broken controller. Arrived in two pieces with a broken bumper. Luckily I was able to use the bumper pads from the old controller. Better packaging probably would have prevented damage. Shipping in a small box would be the best option for this type of product.

The price of each part in the kit was great but unfortunately the plastic was quite brittle. As there were no T8 screws included, I used one from my previous Xbox 360 controller. After trying to screw in a screw, the part holding it broke in half and it was unaggressive. Another annoying issue is that the parts themselves were misaligned, making assembling the entire controller shell a daunting task while trying not to damage anything else.

The case looks very nice. The original parts of the controller fit, except for the ring on the outside of the XBox home button, so I ended up using the one that came with the new skin. The case was a great price but be prepared to have a couple of utility knives, super glue and a pair of tweezers. On my sample there was excess material on the pins that had to be trimmed off and was much more brittle than I expected. Also note that the screw posts are not pre-threaded so you will feel a lot of resistance when you first insert them, but this is normal.
