Die-hard chewers are happy

I like that there are many of them. I made some chewable necklaces for my autistic son and he loves them! If he eats the broken cap, it's okay, I have more! Definitely recommended for lovers of chewing.

Good base for instant gum

I'm a big fan of these pre-assembled breakaway chains - I order teether/gum kits and thread them through these chains. Makes assembling chews a breeze and ends up with a fun selection of accessories to match his outfit. and more importantly, the end product satisfies his need to chew.

Cord is weak and breaks too easily

I bought these cords to replace my 4 year old's chews. He chews all day and often nibbles on the clasps which wear them down so we have to change the laces frequently. They are not strong at all - in the morning he goes to kindergarten with a new umbilical cord, and at noon the umbilical cord breaks and becomes useless. I know we'll deal with them quickly no matter what, but the original cords that came with the chews were much stronger.
