It works exactly how I need it for my 20x aquarium but is missing a piece. This will be a problem when I buy a bigger aquarium for my beard. Overall it's solid and serves its purpose.

Part was missing and it tries to tip over at times but for what I need it works fine. An extra rod, described both on the packaging and in the product description, would have allowed it to be used as I intended, but it will work.

Missing part. If all the parts were included it would be great. I found a way to keep it upright, but if you barely touch it, it will fall. I'll probably return it and buy something stronger so I don't risk the heat lamp falling into the case.

I bought a medium sized tank for my 20 gallon tank. It serves my purpose, but quality for the price is not for me. It doesn't have instructions, but everything is pretty clear. I just feel the structure could be better for the price. Otherwise it works fine for my ball python.

I hate it. It's pretty thin and tips over easily. If you extend it to its full length with the lamp on, it's too unstable to use, so the advertised length is unusable. I got it working using things like books to adjust the height and keep the base stable. Not exactly what you would expect for the price.

Absolutely terrible, both then missing a part because I bought them earlier, arrived late, can't even stand the normal dome light in the middle of the night, ended up through the terrarium, have glass shattered and almost killed my leopard gecko, will never buy an item from this seller again, save money it stands out better, and to the seller, enjoy, cust out.
