Great Survey Tool & Competitor Analysis Platform

I like how easy it was to create surveys, set up questions for each survey so my customers could answer them quickly! The email reminders were helpful as well since they would prompt me when one of our clients opened an account with us after being surveyed by another client (which happens often). It's also super accurate in showing you which areas need more work or improvement compared to other companies out there. Sometimes we don't realize this until someone has started using their service…

Pros
  • This program is great because unlike most customer satisfaction programs where everything needs approval first through management etc., all feedbacks are anonymous thus helping keep honest answers that aren’t biased due to feeling intimidated into giving bad reviews just cause no manager approves something right off hand even though nothing wrong happened at any point within question

ReviewGator is one stop shop resource center !

I like how easy it was to create my profile, then add reviews for products or services from companies we have used in our business over time. It's very helpful when you need help finding businesses with good ratings so they can be added as partners/additional resources within your team! The layout of their dashboard could use some work but otherwise there are no complaints here at this point (as far as what i've seen). This tool has been great because its made us aware about places where people
