We have been using this product for over 10 years now to handle our call center needs in different markets all around USA! It is fully integrated into Salesforce CRM so it allows us easy access of data from anywhere at any time allowing me as an agent manager full visibility right down by my phone screen when I am out having lunch or coffee!! The only thing that we do not like about resalas system are their customer service team members who seem very unorganized sometimes forgetting things they
