This is a very easy resin to use. However, this is not a quick install as they say. After installation, the item can be very sticky, and some of the items I've made had holes or areas that weren't evenly coated with resin. This is a good item for kids to play with, but if you want to use this resin to make and sell jewelry or small trinkets, look elsewhere.

I compare with a slightly more expensive UV resin that I have used before. I bought this because it was about $6 cheaper and it came with a small mixing bowl. The smell is quite irritating as I didn't notice any smell on my last one except when curing I smell it all the time. It seems to have more blisters, which annoys a lot of people but doesn't bother me. Overall I like the product enough to use again but I don't think I'll be replacing my other brand just yet.

I didn't have any problems with the bottle leaking like some commenters, but I did have problems curing the resin. I have tried different sources to cure it including black light, UV sanitizer lamp, UV flashlight, sunlight and high power UV nail polish lamp. I use UV resin for my small Etsy shop. I usually use the DecorRom brand, but I found this stuff and wanted to try it. Mainly because it comes in 500g and other items have a maximum weight of 200g. Not worth the money as half the bottle in the box was soaked and paper with instructions to stick on the bottle. The two silicone tools are useless and fragile. The small mixing cup is handy for stirring and is twice the size of the small silicone pots I have. I've only tried a few resins but this one is probably my favourite. It's thinner than others I've tried so it's a lot easier to pour. It doesn't have an odor like the others that gives me a headache even with the mask on, which I like. It is transparent and does not yellow. This is without a doubt the thinnest, most watery resin I have ever used. In my experience, liquid resin means diluted resin, hence the great price. The main disadvantage, again in my experience with resins over 5 years, is that liquid/aqueous resins tend to yellow over time.
