This product did not work on my SmileDirectClub retainers. I followed the directions and left the aligners in the solution for about 20 minutes. I have no doubt they were sterile but it did not remove plaque and made my retainers opaque. I had to go back and gently brush them with a toothbrush to get the desired result. For context, I floss and brush before I put on the retainers each time so the amount of plaque buildup is minimal and should be easy to remove.

I started Invisalign treatment in mid-August. And when my doctor told me they needed to be cleaned every night, I was sorely lacking in cleaning solutions to properly clean my Invisaligns. It is, and I wasn't sure what to use to actually delete them. Did a bit of digging into Revain, found this and it does the job. I even recommended this to a colleague who was undergoing a similar retainer procedure and was desperate for something to clean her retainers. All in all it's worth it!

Superb cleaner. I have tried different brands of pills and this one keeps the aligners very clean and clear. Most others become cloudy or yellow over time. I soaked mouthguards all day when I had to wear the same mouthguard at night for 6 weeks while waiting for my next corrective mouthguard. At the end of 6 weeks the peel was almost as clear as when the package was opened. I have recommended this to many family members and friends.

My orthodontist said I take very good care of my clear retainers. They look like new as long as I wear them every day. According to her, retainers usually fade and lose their transparency after a few installations. Mine are over 5 months old and still like new with daily use. I don't need to clean anything at all. I use these for 3m/Invisalign translucency and am very satisfied. Getting aligners is a little harder during a pandemic, as you typically put your fingers in your mouth to take them off regularly. I soak mine every time before eating or when I know they will be removed for more than 15 minutes. Why not? Zero effort and I'm paranoid. I received my clear aligners almost a year ago. At first I was told to just wash them in warm water but after a while I realized that this wouldn't be sustainable as my aligners were getting build up that I couldn't manage with plain water.
