I like the system but it doesn't have an on/off switch. It will be great to turn it off without unplugging it from the wall or outlet!

Don't be fooled by the low price. These devices work great, have a long range and are very easy to program. I have two devices that come with extra pagers which are inevitable when clients hold them. Definitely recommend.

Disappointed that they beep more than you can charge. If I had known I could only use 20 beepers at a time, I would not have ordered 30. If I had only ordered 20, or if I had had an extra base to charge up the remaining beepers I would have been a lot happier.

This product is difficult to customize. The instructions are not clear at all. Very upset to receive such a paging system. The base station cannot ring the buzzer continuously. There is also not enough space to charge all the buzzers. I have to ask for a refund.

They ordered these, they worked normally for about an hour, then they just stopped working. We had to send them back and the new system was shipped within a few days. The new system is still not working properly. Some pagers work and some don't. Not 100% happy with the quality of this system.

I really liked how easy it was to use when working properly. The price did not match the product. It was about half the price of the Walmart online store. I didn't like that it immediately stopped working about a month after purchase. And there's no one to fix it. waste of money.

Half the devices randomly show up as guests which causes more problems than the help I was looking for. Worked fine the first 3 days then random devices worked on the 4th .Tag no more .Battery fully charged, ghost will disappear within 2 hours during business hours All devices will flash red when handed to customer to indicate they are ok Nothing is blocking the antenna I have more as bug fixed tech support could offer.

Updated 09/25/2021 None of the buzzers work so I suspect the keypad/control box is out of order. Invest in something better. It takes away the headache, especially your restaurant really needs the device to work and nothing works. Now the old fashioned way, back to the numbers on the tables.
