Update: added 1 star due to phenomenal customer service. They read my review and offered me $10 refund for my troubles. The shelf is securely mounted w my hardware now.It was a super easy install but I guess you get what you pay for. This went up in our office but the wood grain is far from the what’s actually described and I had to get my own mounting screws for the dry wall as theirs didn’t seem to cooperate. Installed now with about 10 lbs of stuff on it, seems stable enough now.

This is a nice set of shelves; however the anchors and screws were a huge disappointment. Multiple screws cracked and broke during installation. Frequently, the screw head would shear-off and force me to remove the screw with a pair of pliers. Ended up using some of my own hardware for installation. Unhappy with how much extra time was required.

Be glad there are two, as both will arrive messed up. On one shelf three of the four corners were crushed and the black paint was peeling off. On the other, thankfully, only one back corner was dented with paint damage (the side that faces the wall). It's not the seller's fault. These are sturdy and easy to install in about ten minutes. I’m so impressed with these shelves! I couldn’t find anything else comparable in this price range. I was nervous for the gray color but it exceeded my expectations- it’s got a beachy, peaceful vibe. Not sure how anyone is installing these within 10 minutes. As some reviews mentioned, the top hole on the mount is nearly impossible to screw. We did go out and buy different anchors but it doesn't mean much when you cant even screw the top mount in. I love these shelves so much I ordered them twice. Once back in 2019, and then again just a few weeks ago. They are solid, sturdy, and look fantastic. I installed one of the two shelf’s about a month ago and after a couple weeks I found the shelf slumped forward. The top two anchors had failed, one broke off inside the wall, the other I’m not sure it may have not mated well on the other side of the wall. A third anchor also broke off inside the wall but was unnoticeable since it bares much less weight.I had placed only 9.5lbs of books on the shelf though the shelves claim to hold 20lbs a piece.I should probably also say I install artwork for…

Ive used these shelves to raise my projector up higher on the wall. Both have worked great with no issue. Wood feels quality and the metal arms too. Arms could be a little nicer on the eyes but overall great buy

These shelves are really pretty small. I’ve found a good use for them but check the dimensions- the pictures make them seem substantial. They’re not. I have one mounted by my coat rack for my keys and wallet pens various random pocket objects. Nice color too. I don’t not recommend but note that they are on the smaller size

These shelves are just what I needed because they are deeper than most. I am putting them side by side above a 6 drawer chest for my cats to nap on, you know how they like high places.

These are nice shelves for the price. My biggest grievance is the screws being too small for the drywall screws. We had to get bigger screws to fit. The angles to get to some of the screws under the bracket are a bit awkward to get to as well. Overall, nice quality.

I've bought shelving often for space saving and the results have been mixed. These were so basic and utilitarian which I somehow don't see often. It's minimalist without being lazy and easy to install. Bookshelf, Clothing, Photo display, etc. Not huge, not too small to be practical or too big to limit where it can be convenient.
