This is a great addition to my Android phone. Easier to hold than the phone itself and you don't have to worry about touching the screen and cutting people off. Hearing acuity is excellent. My only regret is that there isn't a 6 star rating. I plan to buy a few more to give away.

Bought for my mother so that she could hear and speak better, and the phone was constantly heated and constantly accidentally put her face on! Now she is very happy, she feels like the good old days with the landline, the other neighbors in her house are all jealous, but when one gets one, the other wants it. You know old people! But I love her!

I bought this phone because I saw my mother in law with this phone. Oh my god I can finally hear on my phone! And my hair won't turn off calls anymore! This phone is great. The audio is good, there is a handy answer/mute button on the handle. (Note: when connected to a phone, you will not hear audio notifications from the phone, so if you need to hear notifications, just unplug your phone when not in use.) I highly recommend this phone!

Got this as a gift for an elderly family member who isn't very tech savvy; He was prone to dropping a lot of cell phone calls (a matter of dexterity - from looking at the device manually to adjusting the volume, back and forth, etc.). like an old wired home phone. **Tested - it worked great on Samsung Galaxy and even clamshells which my family member still loves :)

For some reason my phone is having trouble recognizing when I swipe to answer a call. Not with this phone anymore. One push of a button and I'm connected! No more lost calls after swiping the screen four or five times. Having it always connected to the phone also makes it easier for me to find the phone when I put it down. I have good audio reception and no one has complained about the sound on the other end. Very happy with this product.

Bought 2 for gifts. Yes I read terrible reviews but decided to give it a try. Bad decision on my part. It was embarrassing when a loved one opens a gift and is so excited to use it - just plug it in and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Don't buy this. Don't think you can get a better experience. Probably not. did I say terrible? Aha! This is an awful product. I have to give him an asterisk. But there is no zero, so my 1 star isn't really 1. It's zero.

I wanted this to work well but it didn't work. *** It seems to work a bit here and there. . My buddy suggested a wrench that comes with the power adapter with a 3.5mm jack. It worked better there, but it doesn't come with it and I don't want to pay for it. Then I put it back into the 3.5mm phone insert, it worked. . . Got this to connect to my Android phone as my dad complained he can't hear me when I call him . It worked great for him, he said the sound on his end was much better. Using the receiver was better than holding a phone to your ear, but Android doesn't let you use the volume button to unmute the receiver. Instead I turned on my cell phone speaker and I could hear my dad and I spoke on the phone so he could hear me and it worked great. I'm still looking for another receiver that I can also listen…
