The lid started cracking at the straw hole and then around the mouth hole 1 month after ordering. If it makes any difference, I believe it is a manufacturing flaw for the lids since the replacements from a different retailer have the same hairline crack and I would bet will eventually spread. Hence the 3 star rating.Other than the lid issue, my coffee is kept hot (usually consumed within 3 hours) and water cold (very long when using ice) to my satisfaction.

Nice value for the money, I use it to keep my drink cold and it works great. This tumbler comes with everything, cover, straws, cleaning brush and a handle unlike many others. I have been able to fill with ice at night and in the morning everything is cold and still have ice in the cup. The cup is so good that I ordered another one, very happy with it.

This review is based on the top without the straw since I havent used it, the fact that both are included is a great bonus, I workout at 6 am and bought this cup so I could have cold water immediately after my workout. The water is still cold at 5 when I get in my car to drive home from work. I also ended up liking the handle much more then I thought I would. Fits in my cupholder in my car and keep my water cold.

It does keep things cold for a very long time and it keeps my coffee hot longer than any other travel item. I ordered this 30 oz stainless steel travel mug and tried it out with both hot and cold drinks. I am really impressed with how long it will keep ice and water cold! I put ice and water in it at 6 AM, put the lid on it and at 6 PM, the ice was still there, the water was ice cold (what was left that I had not drank) by 10 PM, the ice was melted but the water was still ice cold. This is a great tumbler! I use it most for cold drinks and it performs wonderfully. Beverages stay colder, longer and without adding ice every hour. I love the bended steel straw for drinking water at night. I like it so much, I could throw out all my favorite tumblers and use this one over and over. The only problem is that it is too big for my car cup holders. Just note that it is three inches in diameter at the bottom.

This Tumblr is amazing. I am super impressed with how cold it will keep a drink. I have used ice In a drink at night, and the ice would still not be melted by the morning! I love the size of it as well. Holds a lot of drink for the day and for outings.
