I bought these to replace the halogen bulbs in the headlights on my zero turn lawn mower. They are brighter than halogen lamps and ensure a much more even light distribution. I've now run them between 50 and 100 hours in various conditions (very hot, cold (close to frost), rain, dry weather, etc.) and haven't had any problems. I originally gave this product fewer stars because the pins that hold the bulb in the socket are not in the same place as the standard bulb, although the part numbers match. I returned them fearing I would destroy them if I tried to install them. The company was kind enough to send me another set of LED backup lights so I could try installing them again.
