Great tasting water.

Anyone who has been to Phoenix, Arizona knows how terrible the tap water is here. That's why I decided to buy this reverse osmosis water filter for my kitchen. I chose this one because it's a lot smaller than others I've come across. It fit well under my sink and was very easy to install. I definitely noticed an immediate improvement in both the taste and quality of my tap water. Now I feel comfortable when my family drinks Phoenix water.

Bad product! Not suitable for use! Water is leaking in my kitchen!

Very disappointed! The water connection didn't fit so I had to buy a $20 connection and after final installation the unit was leaking water from the bottom so I sent the filter unit back and the new one did the same, water was leaking from the bottom flooding my kitchen. , again! So after spending the extra money and drilling a hole in my countertop, this thing is unusable! abominable! I do NOT recommend this product! ! !

Well water without iron taste!

Hard water and a strong iron taste are typical of old wells, but we don't like that. We have a water softener but it makes the water brackish. After connecting reverse osmosis, the iron taste disappeared. The connection was cumbersome and took about 1/2 hour. You will need to purchase a few extra parts for installation, but I would expect this from most products when it comes to connecting to plumbing. I like that it only uses 2 filters instead of multiple like other systems. We installed ours…

Will not fit standard US installations and will not be found at any hardware store

Installation instructions are very limited. I tried to install and after removing the kitchen faucet I found that the fixtures are not up to standard. They measure 1/2", but the plumbers say it's not the nominal 1/2", and they weren't sure what it was. I got the 3-way valve you were supposed to be using from Home Depot, Ace, and the plumbing store, and nobody had adapters to downsize it from the larger size to the standard 3/8". I sent the Emailed company about the solution and they did No…

My husband and I are not getting any younger and we have stopped carrying heavy water bottles and when I checked the cost comparison it was even cheaper in the long run! After two cats were diagnosed with kidney failure, which the vet thought was water, I knew I had to make changes, and soon. Installation was pretty easy as my husband is very handy with tools.
