Essential for knuckles

I've been working with a heavy bag of Mexican bandages and boxing gloves for over a year. Most of the time my joints were fine, but in the weeks that I hit the bar 3 or more times, my left joints hurt a little. These gel wraps have been very helpful in protecting my joints and preventing pain. I have medium/large hands and even with the added volume of these wraps they fit well with my Meister Pro boxing gloves.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • No weapon

Absolutely normal. - Bandages

I box about three days a week and wear gloves over it. I tried the Title bandages and they were awful - the bandages were too short and thick to put on gloves. They are not as soft but still soft enough to protect your joints and have been using them for over a month now with no bleeding and great support. They were also tested by MMA fitness trainers and they liked them too. Ordered three pairs and they seem to be holding up very well.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • thin

No more bruising my knuckles

These bandages are a miracle to me. Recently I've had severe bruising on my knuckles from slapping my mittens and bag no matter how I wrapped my hands in traditional bandages. I switched to Revgear bandages and got a pair of Hayabusa Tokushu gloves and no more bruising. I don't box without her anymore. They're easy on my joints. As a woman with small hands (wrist size 6 inches) they are a little roomy (finger holes) but I just use a real warp section to make them more snug. I even wrap it…

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Pretty good bandages for other sports

Pretty good bandages. You really exceeded my expectations. I bought these thinking I'd give them a try as my ankles were sore after a month of boxing. I don't think they protected my fingers/knuckles any more OR less than most wraps, but they made the wrapping process a lot quicker and easier. What has actually helped me a lot with my joint pain is buying a better pair of gloves instead of the cheaper gloves that the gym gives you. It has helped a lot.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • write later

Rule of thumb is good for sport

The thumb plays an important role in what makes people special. RevGear doesn't consider the thumb anything special. The packaging is ok but I had the following problems: 1. I learned not to wrap my knuckles when I want to put boxing gloves over my hand. 2. It's tedious trying to get this wrap around my thumb without slipping off my thumb. Now I don't wrap my thumb and pray to the finger gods he keeps it with me after boxing. While it appears to dry quickly, this helps reduce odor. My future…

Pros
  • A good product for its price
Cons
  • Reliability

Too cozy in Muy Thai gloves.

I was looking for hand wraps to use under the new muy thai gloves for use with a heavy bag without having to buy very long wraps that take longer to put on lasts. Unfortunately these gel hand wraps were too thick to fit in my glove. I think you need to buy a bigger glove than usual if you want to fit them. I also found that the thumb loop on this glove was quite small and didn't feel comfortable at all and it loosened. It was too tight around the base of my thumb and I'm a woman so I can't…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Clarity

What it is: Boxing/MMA gel hand wraps What I liked: Good construction, good gel pad to protect the photo really doesn't make it stand out: 1. It's an open palm (ok if You don't like to sweat, you want to get more air there.) 2. The wristband is similar to a traditional cotton band - ie it's quite long and you wind it up as you see fit. It was once in the wash and everything turned out fine. What I didn't like: Not quite as comfortable as gloves, which only come with Velcro on the wrist, but it…

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • It's OK

Compared to Venum, it has its advantages.

This comparison is for those who want it. they are. They do hand packing a little faster. Not much faster, but they do what bandages can't: protect the ankles. Two of them are actually not SPEED bandages. I haven't had any luck with speed bandages. They are usually too tight or uncomfortable. These are gel bandages. Gel bandages add a small layer of gel to the ankles to prevent injury, but otherwise they are bandages with a long cloth bandage. The gel bandage Title is an exception. It falls…
