Easy-to Use Review Software with Unlimited Possibilities

It was easy to setup, very quick response after contacting support team for assistance! I would highly recommend this service as it really does make things so much simpler when asking users if they wish to submit their feedback/reviews in regards to my products. As yet nothing i dislike about product, however sometimes we do get random issues during heavy usage but not often enough to have any real impact other than annoyance. Review Robot is so easy to use and makes it easy to gather reviews from customers

I love that it's easy to use and works great on an android phone. I have only used it once so far and love the ease of use. I wish that you could choose to have your requests sent via SMS or email. I wish that you could also choose the time that you wish to receive an automatic response. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a way to gather reviews from their customers. I have not found anything that I dislike about this service so far. Great way (platform) with super customer service

It's very easy to use, fast response time when I need support! The best feature for me personally would be if it were better at responding within 24 hours as requested/assigned vs 48Hrs+ which currently seems like not much can delay this? Easy tool that covers most options you'll need

It's very easy to use, I can send requests for feedback in just seconds! The app also has many different ways of reaching out to clients including phone calls & emails so it really does have all bases covered when looking at contacting new prospective business partners/clients. There are some bugs here n there but they're being worked on asap.
