I love how easy it is to use for my clients, their vendors, etc! It's great that they have an app where you can login from almost anywhere (even without WiFi!) - very useful when business trips or while traveling with your laptop/tablet. Nothing much to say about this system; everything works as advertised and there are many features available which makes life easier for all parties involved (customer service included). We've been using RexNet in place of our old POS solution since early 2018.

I like that it is easy to set up, use, manage all of my gift card programs for clients in one place! It makes managing client loyalty cards very simple as well - no more having multiple applications or folders with different codes/coupons etc., just go into RexNet once (it's FREE) & you're good-to-go from there!! The only thing i dislike about this program was not being able to see what type each code has when viewing them within your account page.- but they have since updated their web…

The best thing about Rex is that it's easy to use, fast and reliable at all times! It has helped us track our customer card usage in real time which was very useful for monitoring sales trends as well as creating more efficient marketing campaigns.
