Userful offers simple toolset designed just around one thing... your users

The platform has been easy enough for my small team of support staff to use (and understand). I'd like some more integrations with other apps, but this is not something we are currently working towards at present time - it's great that as an option it would be possible though! My only feedback here is simply in relation to their API integration options or lack thereof. It was clear they were looking into adding additional functionality, however this didn't happen before launch so was never…

  • User friendly interface/product design; ease when managing multiple users across different sites eases workloads significantly compared against any others such services out there now available today
