I bought these to replace some broken analog sticks on my controller. They are durable and were easy to install by following the YouTube instructions. They are similar to the original analog sticks I had on the controller. Ideal for replacing broken ones.

I had the usual Xbox analog stick offset but didn't want to solder in a new analog setup. Just peel off the side cover and swap the disc in and you're done. The problem is gone. The black drive is the OEM and the white is the drive that was removed from the new analog setup.

These analog sticks are not OEM replacements. That is, with acceptable desoldering/soldering work, they do not meet the standards of original components made for the Xbox. DO NOT BUY, waste your time! Sensitivity is terrible and there is a little bit of drift out of the box.

There were issues with handle shift and clicks. They were quite difficult to install unless you have experience with a soldering pin. You have fixed the problem. The only downside is that they are not as accurate as the OEM counterpart. This means you may notice slight changes in stick movement after replacement. Maybe try swapping the drives under the green covers to see if that fixes the problem without removing the entire component.

Soldered in the original sensor and soldered this one in here. Soldering is pretty easy with a braid. However, after installing the new sensor, left and right movements were no longer registered. Checked the solder joints again and they looked clean. Just in case, I removed the sensor and restarted but ran into the same issue. Save money and just buy a new controller. Those sensors suck.

If you are playing competitive mode, do not buy. I used to install analog sticks, so nothing new to me. 10 in your in-game controller settings will get rid of this. It's not the worst, original OEM analog sticks are very delicate. They are just awful. It feels like there's a 0.25 deadzone before it starts moving. And if he kicks him at extreme speed, he's everywhere. If you're using these analog sticks to navigate the main menu on your PlayStation or Xbox, they'll do the trick. I will never buy
