It's beautiful and prevents leg cramps

I use them for my legs. After switching to zero-fall shoes a few years ago, I started using a tennis ball and then a golf ball and rolling my feet over them for a few minutes each night. It's wonderful and prevents leg cramps. These balls work differently than a golf ball and I can hit different points on my feet. I can also use them on my calves and my wife rides on her upper back. They're too scratchy for me to lie on and gravity massage my back, although I've tried this with a wall with some

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Not sure

My feet love it - Massagers

I originally bought these with the intention of using them as a self massage by placing them under my back while lying on the floor and working with them. Not so good for that. However, after playing with it for a day or so, I found that you can use it while sitting in a chair, or lean it against a wall and then move it around on your back; Feels good! They also roll them very well over arms or legs, biceps, shoulders; Better yet, roll them onto someone else. What I really like is that when I'm

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Disappear

Excellent quality. I wish the larger ball was more durable

I recently took the largest of the two Rhino balls on a long flight and was so glad I did. I would place it behind the neck like a pillow to relieve the stiffness caused by the surprisingly uncomfortable airplane seat. Both balls are made of hard rubber and not hard plastic. However, the larger one is hollow and will collapse if you press on it too hard - for example when lying down, like I did for a back massage. (Actually, the main reason I bought this set was for a do-it-yourself back…

Pros
  • High test scores for support and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as the others
