It's fairly intuitive for most people who have worked in other environments before. The customer support team was very helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and helped me with anything I needed. When it came time to upgrade from Sage 50 to Sage 100, there was a problem with the transition which took months to fix. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to do great work and doesn't want to worry about how their accounting system works. There wasn't any issues at this point in time. The most significant benefit of using this system was its ability to customize it for our business needs, which has allowed us to make great progress in streamlining processes within the organization since we started working with them over 5 years ago! I like how customizable they are when building new functionalities from scratch (as opposed to buying off their prebuilt modules). There's always something you need but don't have yet - so there will definitely come times where things get delayed
