⛸️ Riedell 113 Sparkle Ice Skates - Premium Recreational Figure Skates with Stainless Steel Spiral Blade Review

I got it for my daughter who recently started figure skating. I didn't want to buy her expensive skates so she wouldn't keep skating and feel like she wasted her money. I found these gems at a good price and had to get them. She spent the day cracking them using a few tricks she found online and she's happy.

The runner is at the bottom of the Riedell. (no stainless steel) Rust appears on the blade after the first use. The boots fit well but for this price I expect better quality. I'm surprised that no previous reviews have mentioned this rusting issue. After some research on the internet I think the reason is because the blades are nickel plated. Very disappointed!

I've used them in a few skating classes and they've been great so far! They are perfect for a beginner skater like me as they give me enough stability and a snug and comfortable fit. I got several compliments on it too! They are also great quality for the price. In general I am very satisfied with the skates :)

I ordered these shoes for my daughter for beginner skating and as soon as the teacher saw them on her feet she was told to take them off. The paddles were misaligned and didn't offer ankle support. My daughter had to train on rental skates. They are quite trendy in color but if you want to skate this is not the best choice.

Good skates for the price. Bought for my daughter to skate at the weekend, she loves it. Average in terms of workmanship and material, but that's what I was looking for and more than worthy of the claim. I'm telling you, it's a lot more than the things you rent at the rink or those $40 skates we bought her before (yes, the ones that department stores used to sell). With proper care I expect it to last for many years at its current level of activity.
