Anyone who has ever been on a hike knows that a good pair of socks can make a world of difference. These socks are great when you don't want blisters but want a little extra cushioning.

Much Overrated Good Product But Price? Too high. The only reason I ordered was because the description said it was two packs for almost 11 DLLs plus taxes. I purchased five pairs of these socks before shipping them to Marine Corps OCS. They held up well and protected my feet well even when worn with boots that were just broken in. The socks hug the feet and don't slip (provided you choose the right size) although I found they didn't support the upper part of the shin well and could slide down, but that could be due to the elastics on the boots. They were cowboy boots. I have narrow feet, nothing for cowboy boots. I couldn't shorten the boot by half a size, so it had to be adjusted in width. These socks made my cowboy boots perfect.
