I was pleased with the weight and quality of the parts I received for this state of the art ceiling fan. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the product description and thought that there was a lighting set for this model. Since the fan will also be the main light source in the room, I had to send this back.

This item arrived broken again. This was my exchange for a refund. I liked how the fan looked online. The motor dragged and the blades were cheap. I am so disappointed. I take care of my daughter who had Covid and I work in the emergency hospital. Before today there is no time to know about it. Too late to return it. So very disappointed.

Come on, how did it get Amazon mainstay status? This fan has a few downsides, and to top it all off, it's not a good price. This fan's proportions are a little off (it looks thin), build quality is poor (wavy metal gives uneven reflections), instructions are weak, and it's annoying that this fan doesn't work from a wall switch. It should be 1/2 the price. I went to a big store (blue) and they had a bigger and better version of this fan for the same price. Revain, I expect better value.
