I've pressed all the buttons and I still can't get this remote to work. I think since there were no instructions it must have been pre-programmed. But no, that's not possible. I've been looking for programming tutorials on YouTube and haven't found anything. Will send it back.

This product works fine. I have a 1 year old Black Mouth Cur rescue dog. She barks and jumps at people who approach her. We tried simple commands and the school of obedience. She learned and mastered a few things, but we still found it difficult to bark and jump. We used Static Level 9 and it made her squeak but she stopped barking and jumping straight away. We will continue to train accordingly.
