Doesn't work with phone case - otherwise good product

Dock was ok but didn't work with my Samsung Galaxy S2 WITH A CASE. The "flip cover" on the case that needs to be opened to insert the "cable" would prevent the phone from sitting on the mount so it could charge. Solved the problem by giving it to a friend who thinks this dock is great (they don't use a case for their phone).

The dock holds my Droid Turbo perfectly. Compatible with mine.

The dock holds my Droid Turbo perfectly. Compatible with my OEM turbocharger. You can feel the port working, which is really reassuring. The description says (compatible with or without most cases, including rugged cases). a feat not worth the trouble. It does come in, but installing it requires some creative yoga that makes removing the case easier.

The pinned app does not work

Its functionality, workmanship is not very good. The retractable sleeve for the thicker case is flimsy/thin and difficult to remove/reinsert. The docking app that should be invoked when docking the S4 with the thick charging cable and the included charger does not work. Charger, it does the job and I can charge any phone that uses micro USB, it docks to a flat phone without having to remove the case. Best I can find

I have a medium sized OtterBox on my Galaxy S4 and it was really difficult to find a dock that works with it. For the most part, this docking station does what it's supposed to do. My only complaints are just minor things. You cannot dock and sync at the same time. Actually there are 2 different cables in the kit. And the docking cable is very short. It also seems that the battery charges quite slowly. A lot slower than any other charger I have anyway.

Is working. Chargers and Power Adapters

Works exactly as described but no luck with every case I've tried. I don't have unlimited cases but with the other guys here at work we have several Galaxy S4s and a number of cases and to date we haven't found any that work great. I mean with some fuss and fuss it will work. But without the case, the phone fits perfectly. The case I have now makes it easy to slip the phone in and out. So when I want to use the dock, I just slide it out and use it. Nothing special here, especially for the cost…

Very happy with the product

prime member and arrived in 2 days. At work, we dock my Verizon S4 to a case (made by Spigen). I love my case, but I've had trouble using a third-party charger. A thin micro USB connector is required to connect to the case. This dock works great with a case. I had to remove the extra jack, but that's what it's for. Works great with Note 2 phone with Otterbox case. Highly recommended. Ordering another one for my son as he also has an S4.

A good product. However, the stand will NOT put your phone in dock mode for the Samsung Galaxy 3.

Good product. However, the base will NOT put your phone in dock mode for Samsung Galaxy 3 when used with the dock mode cable. It's not a big problem for me because it's not what I was looking for. But just to let others know that this feature doesn't work with the SG3 phone. Also, one of the rubber feet on the bottom was missing, making it wobbly.

Fast customer service and good charger

I reviewed the Revain dock charger set for the Galaxy S3 and settled on the RND dock (although it was a bit more expensive than some of the others). But after reading all the customer reviews that this case works well with phone cases, I said "Worth a try". I received the product on time as expected. Does the job

I like this dock. This is the first dock I've tried so I'm completely unfamiliar with other designs etc. I am very happy with it. Now I have a phone in a thin case and it suits me. I only have two complaints about it: 1) It's lightweight, so when you remove your phone you have to use another finger or hand to detach the phone from the dock. It doesn't fall over completely, however, like the phone leaning forward a bit on the dock, so it's balanced enough to keep your phone securely in the dock…
