I bought them because my face gets excessively oily during the day, especially in the summer months. I take it to work to cleanse my face regularly throughout the day. They work great in place of a full face wash. I don't wear full make-up or anything like that. My everyday face is eyebrows, eyeliner and lipstick, sometimes eyelashes too. I looked forward to using it. As soon as I opened it, I could smell the stench. I decided to use them anyway, hoping the wipes themselves don't smell that way. I couldn't stand the smell, I was sick now. Luckily I was in the bathroom and quickly washed my face. The smell was awful I can't even explain how bad they smelled. I will try to return them.

I am a longtime fan of Koh Gen Do Spa cleaning towels but decided to try these as they are so much cheaper and I trust the La Roche-Posay brand. I'm so glad I tried them! They are very light and amazingly effective. They don't look soaked in detergent like a lot of rags, but they're not dry either. The directions say to avoid the area around the eyes, so I gently wipe both under and near the eyes. I just don't wipe my eyelids with it, which is a bummer for people looking for makeup remover…

I opened it and was immediately struck by the smell of nail polish remover. Definitely let them taste it and think that maybe it was just an added weird flavor that didn't mix well with the other ingredients. Turns out I was wrong and although the product initially makes my skin even oilier, after drying or washing off it feels dry and dirty.

I bought this to use when travelling. worked fine Not ideal for oily skin. I won't be using it every day, but away from home it's a good way to get fairly clear skin. But after a few days I started breaking out.

These wipes have helped cleanse the skin of my teenage niece and myself. Within a day there was a noticeable difference. My pores are smaller, my acne is smaller and there is less inflammation and redness. I yes wipes twice a day. To keep costs down, I use a full napkin in the evening and cut it in half in the morning. There was no drying out or uncomfortable tightness of my skin. I love these towels!

Usually these are very good face towels. It cleans very well, without fragrances and alcohol. The last two packs bought from Revain smell like mold and are covered in mold. I gave my husband one package to keep in the car and left the other in the bathroom. We both threw away the bags and had to wash up after using the wipes to get rid of the mildew smell. I bought these for my daughter for riding camp. She opened them yesterday and they had a lovely awful smell. You know the smell that towels get in the washing machine because someone forgot them. They smelled like this after drying out and then reinstalling. I can only assume they are old or have been left warm for a long time. Went to Target and got a new pack (I didn't know they were there), this pack smells fresh and clean. Generally, if it's hot outside, just head over to Target.
