Works very well. I wore it for the first time this morning when the temperature was around 39 degrees. I just wish it was a little tighter on the face. When I put the helmet on it compresses the faceplate and doesn't easily lift back up with the helmet on. That was the number one thing I looked for when buying a balaclava - compression. This one isn't perfect, but it will work, especially for $8.

I chose the ROCKBROS Cold Weather Balaclava for my Fall/Winter mountain biking. I couldn't be more impressed! It fits perfectly under my full face helmet. It's thick and very soft. The multifunctional wear resistance is excellent. I can easily uncover part of my face if needed. I was looking for some outdoor research baklava that is more than double the price. I have to say I am very happy with my purchase and will be taking a second one.

I've been using this balaclava for about 30 degrees Fahrenheit. I really like that you can set it up for warmer or colder weather. The thing saves when a cold wind blows in your face, especially on a higher and more open mountainside.
