Rocket Partners is responsive & attentive

They are incredibly helpful, quick to respond when you need something fixed or if there's ever any question about their services! Very friendly people that care very much for your business needs as well as making sure it runs smoothly with minimal hassle from all parties involved!! I have no complaints at this time but would be happy too share how great they've been so far. We use rocket partners primarily because of our level 1 support team members who help us everyday through everything we…

Pros
  • Quick response times; easy access in customer center online portal whenever questions arise & always has someone available via phone call/email 24 hours 7 days / week (even weekends!) The fact is also worth mentioning here
  • That my clients love working directly thru them instead having to go over me..very rare nowadays :) Cons? Nothing really comes
