Rocket Referrals Review

The best thing about Rocket is that it allows me to reach out directly with my existing clients who are also customers of other businesses in order for them to refer their friends or colleagues to us! I love being able to help these people get what they need without having to go through an outside referral service like Google AdWords which can be expensive. I love that it is so easy to use! You just need one or two people in each department who have been using this product for awhile now (we're talking 2-3 years) and they can help you set up everything from how many emails are sent out daily/weekly etc. It also has some great analytics built into the platform where we see our referral sources and all of their data as well which allows us to make changes if needed without having to contact them directly. The integration with Salesforce is great! I love that it pulls in all of our contacts from different sources into one system so we don't have to go through multiple tools - which saves time AND money for us as well (yay!). It was easy enough getting started but there are some things you need help figuring out along side their team if needed though they're very responsive at helping guide questions or concerns forward when necessary.- Emailing potential customers/clients- Sending emails offsite

It is very easy to use; it has all of my contacts in one place for me! I love how customizable this program can be depending upon what you want out of referral tracking/promotion - there are so many things that could potentially help with increasing traffic from social media posts as well or other methods like email blasts etc., but they have thought about everything already!! The ease of use is great for beginners as well experienced marketers alike! It makes it easy to track who refers you business with just one click which in turn increases sales exponentially!! Not much but everything has its pros & cons so I can't say that there are any disadvantages at this time other than maybe adding more tracking features would be nice if they implement them down tha road?
