This product has worked great for me for about 6 months. Then it got to the point where it didn't work at all. It started with me having to move it to where it plugged in just for it to work properly. But now every time I try to connect it I get nothing. Now it just doesn't work anymore so I can't use it anymore. It worked great and charged my phone quickly when working properly.

I bought 3 of these and they work great. Very solid and reliable when moving position. I use them on my Kodiak Solar Generator which is fine, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't include more 12v sockets and released a much better generator 4 months after purchase. My mother warned me what you're going to do, but I'm a grown man and I don't need to listen to her anymore, even if she's right.

The problem is that this device must have bad contact or bad connection points because other electronics are constantly being de-energized. Love the concept. Three sockets and two ports are more than ideal if you have a large family or simply need to charge a lot in the car. I have lights under my seats that require an outlet so I needed a way to plug in the lights along with my phone charger. It's not very durable. It kinda flops so I'm hesitant to buy another one for my friend's car. If you just need a quick fix, that's great!
