💻 Rocketek USB Switch: High-Speed USB 3.0 Sharing for 2 Computers, 4 Ports, KVM Switch, One-Button Swapping, with 2-Pack USB Cable Review

I've been using the 4-port/2-PC version for a few months. It was almost perfect. Two minor gripes: 1) the LED on the second computer no longer glows like it's burned out, and 2) two LEDs are hard to see at an angle. You have to look directly at the device to see them to know which of the two computers is active.

Thing is almost perfect, works as it should, of course aluminum body, no marks and extra connector labels, looks good. I wish it had a hotkey or a way to change inputs remotely from the device.

This worked great for months but now it's starting to have random glitches causing every connected device to shut down. I use it to switch between my microphone, keyboard, and mouse between my work and home computer, but interference can cause a huge headache when it occurs during a conference call where my audio cuts out and my mouse stops working. Unreliable.

According to the Amazon website and the paper instructions included in the box it assumes you can connect two computers using the two outputs on the device (marked as inputs on the instruction sheet). Paper instructions still refer to the remaining four USB ports as (Outputs). They seem to have reversed exits and entrances in the papers. need to contact the manufacturer for clarification

Received today. Playing with 2 USB 3.0 cables (3ft each), no power cable but that's fine, the USB 3.0 ports on my main PC power this unit. When both PCs are connected, the mouse and keyboard are switched with a simple press of a button on the device. There is a delay when switching from my laptop to the gaming desktop (3-4 seconds) but that doesn't bother me too much, I'm just glad it works. Aesthetically, I like the gray polished look. With a sleek, low profile design, you get the expected USB
