Perfect Midwest River Boots

Let me say that I've had a gravel bottomed river site for over 50 years. Rocks hurt like hell if you don't have decent soles on your shoes. I've worn everything from flip flops (forget it) to old tennis shoes, thin water boots and real water boots. These RocSocs are by far the best I've tried. Lightweight, water-wicking mesh upper that lets your feet breathe and a solid bottom that lets you run comfortably on gravel all day. They do not slip in and out of gravel banks or boats when wet. Great swim/dive shoes with support for the price

I've been wearing these shoes for a little over two years and am about to buy a second pair because the showers are wearing down my pool and the thread stretches. They were great shoes. I have so many people at the pool asking where I got them from and what they are because of how supportive and sweet they are. I have high arches, back and knee pain so I need shoes with good support for swimming in the pool. These are not arch support tennis shoes, but they are enough to keep my legs and backโ€ฆ

Good shoe for beach and casual wear, but does not grip well on tile floors near pools

My right foot is 1/8 inch longer than my left. A size 9 fits comfortably on the left foot but they were a bit short for the big toe on the right foot. I wore them at home for a while and the right boot stretched enough to be comfortable. 10's would be too big. I love these shoes and I have another pair from two years ago. The fabric is great, they hold up well, are water permeable and look good. I wear them almost every day in the summer as normal shoes, to the beach and to the river. I'veโ€ฆ

Comfortable but lacks arch support

The point of these shoes is that they are comfortable. Fits well, if a bit tight. It seems to taper off a bit towards my finger. But once I was in the water, I didn't feel any of it. And I have no doubt that the fit will loosen up a bit after you've put them on a few times. The bad news is that this shoe has NO arch support. Not good for shoes in general, but pretty bad for athletic shoes. However, I am happy to report that after putting my own insoles in, these shoes fit comfortably andโ€ฆ
