Nice jacket but runs small. I did not receive the packaging specified in the product description. The fabric feels a bit cheap and not soft to the touch. I have to return for a much larger size.

We've had this jacket for exactly a month and a week and the zipper has already failed. When I tried to return the jacket I was told that the 'return window' was closed as it had been over a month since the purchase. I am very disappointed that we spent $40 on this piece of rubbish. Don't make the same expensive mistake.

I bought this coat for my son. He loved it and it fit well but after only a few uses the zipper broke. I was still within the return window that the company provided so I returned the coat for a refund. I was promised a full refund. In the end, the company only refunded me $15. I contacted the company with no response.

This coat has a zipper that is so cheap it's useless. It is almost impossible to button or take off this coat. It's a struggle every time. The problem is my son loves this coat and replaces the zip coat more than the jacket. Stay out of trouble and don't buy this jacket

The jacket was ordered large, but it fit like a small one. Sent back with no problems. If you order this jacket, I recommend ordering 2 sizes larger.

This jacket is not for winter. It's like an extra layer under a winter jacket. My son doesn't get warm in it unless he puts another layer on top. Thin and more like a jacket for late fall turning into winter. Don't waste your money on it

It is great! I love that they are reversible so my boys can decide which side suits them that day! They're supposed to be very warm, and that's the whole point after all! Well done, we are very satisfied!

The coat is very nice. Unfortunately the zipper broke on the first day. Yes. The first day. Also because my 6 year old loves it. He refused to part with it. So if I go back I'll pay for a replacement zip instead. Not profitable when you have to pay extra for a decent zip to make the coat work. It's a shame because the rest of the construction looks pretty solid and has already survived a snowball fight in the neighborhood. Let's see how the rest of winter goes.

My 10 year old son loves this jacket! He loves red and black and the fact that it's reversible! The coat fits snug but as described and is warm enough for him to play comfortably in the snow all winter long! We noticed a tear in the material on the back on the second or third wear. I contacted the seller, explained the problem and they replaced the coat within a few days. Fantastic customer service over a fantastic jacket! I would definitely buy this jacket again!

coat fits well, true to size. It's also light and thin, as expected. However, Lightning gets stuck. I thought it was tough for my son, but it was tough for me too. This went on for about a week before it was reversed and now the mantle remains closed. Not happy about that. The coat is waterproof and keeps you warm. Thought he'd do a layer with a sweater underneath. My son wears it to play outside in 25° for 30-40 minutes, not sure how it will hold up in colder temperatures, playing in the snow…
