L For some crazy reason, one of the puzzle pieces was missing. This is hard to understand considering they come in small sheets attached to a frame. Collecting was a lot of fun. I own several of these models and was surprised at how disappointing this one is in comparison. The small traffic jam at the elevator entrance is of no use. It never stops the next one from getting through. Possibly if only 1 was waiting but I use the rest of the marbles that come in the set and they always jump over the small pin and then get stuck under the elevator causing it to jam and requiring the stuck marble to be removed each time. Huge project that requires assembly but can be completed by following the instructions. I wish I had read the other reviews more carefully. They are right when they say that the elevator is not working properly. A part designed to prevent balls from getting stuck under the lift as it is being raised cannot reliably stay high enough to work without manually lifting while twisting the handle with your other hand, so soon all the balls get stuck under it.
