Return not accepted

This product was not complete. Rollers would not install. Covers over the rollers were not there. It was a gift and not given until the 30 day return limit. Very disappointed with the handling of this issue.

Pros
  • Nothing to dislike! Super cute and fun for my girl.
Cons
  • My daughter can't wear them our because the wheels hurt her feet.

Make sure you size up!

My daughter is 8 yrs old. She wears a 2.5 size shoe. I ordered the size 4 big kid. There is a about 2 inch room left for her foot. Wish i ordered the size 5 big kid but they should last all year?

  • My 9yr old loves hers. Very easy to get the wheels in & out. She can do it herself. Very well made.
Cons
  • I liked it but I am sad the size is small
