Disappointing Silicone GPS Replacement

This item is a complete waste of money .The silicone material is flimsy and doesnt hold up during intense activities. On the positive side it is CHEAP. However, you get what you paid for. This product is not durable enough to survive even a single workout, which makes it a poor investment in the electronics category..

How do I delete an old group?

Instructions for removing the old strip and replacing it with a new one have not arrived. Useless without instructions.
