I think that this is one of those tools where you can't really find much to dislike about it, but maybe there's something i'm missing? The platform has been great! I liked how easy it was to setup our page, they are very responsive when needed support from their team is quick! It's not that much of an issue but sometimes you need some time before your replies reach us which can be frustrating at times if we're in urgent situation or have questions about certain aspects like what would happen with campaigns once deleted etc.. But overall great experience so far!! Definitely recommend using them as long term partner/partnership will definitely benefit both
