Room Viewer is a must have tool for any event planning / Coordinator

The best thing about room viewer is that it gives you an exact representation of what's in store for our guests at any given time during events like weddings or corporate meetings/gatherings etc., It makes me feel more confident knowing I can visualize everything so much easier than if we were relying solely upon pictures taken from afar by other photographers! Nothing really but all good things come with some hiccups here & there - especially when trying new software / apps (which are getting…

Pros
  • Ease to navigate, user friendly interface making navigation super simple.
  • Can save files locally onto computer before uploading them into cloud drive later; also has option within app itself allowing users upload directly through camera instead via dropbox account once downloaded back home again after event ends..all great options!!! :)
