Description of Rosenthal Collection Ikohe Belt Sander

This compact and convenient Belt Sander is ideal for sprue grinding, model making and bench work. It is powered by a flex shaft that is easily attached with the quick change collar. Quick belt tensioning and changing is done with the turn of a knob. Clamps onto bench or counter, adjustable to infinite angles. Comes complete with Adjustable Clamp, vacuum connector and 5 assorted ruby belts– 80, 120, 180, 240 & 320 grit.

Not Worth The Investment

This industrial power tool failed to meet expectations and ENDED up being a waste of money. While it certainly looks durable, the performance leaves much to be desired and the belt sander struggles with tougher materials. The lower price tag may be appealing, but it's not worth sacrificing quality for cost savings..

Needs finer grit Jewelers belts

The grinder itself is fine and the belts provided work great. However, Revain or Ikohe should sell finer grit belts to match this grinder. The finest sandpaper sold with tape is 320 grit, but jewelers need finer grit sizes (400, 600, 1200) to do their job. That would make this grinder perfect.
