🧩 RoWood Romantic Wooden Puzzle Assemble Review

Loved it. Took me about 3 hours to complete it. This is my second puzzle of this type. Acceptable price. I ordered a different design there.

In general, I liked the set. it went well. The parts were well marked. Directions were good, everything went well. until I take the final steps to assemble it. things are broken Thought I could glue them on. But then everything seemed to break and in the last 2 steps the carriage broke and I threw away the unfinished product. Sigh.

I started the tradition of getting my wife one of these jigsaw puzzles every Christmas. Last year there was a glowing music box robot. I have one this year. It came as described, easy to assemble and comes with a few extra parts. That's good too, because it broke like a pair of balloon spacers and a piece of packaging. So be extra careful and pay attention to the pressure you use. It only took about an hour to finish. The robot took about 4.

This Pumpkin Car Puzzle is a piece of junk! I have collected many of these wooden puzzles including the Robotime Marble Race and the Rolfe Airship. They were well made and easy to make. A nightmare! The first problem was that the wheel covers wouldn't stay on and every time I lifted the chassis to add another detail they fell off along with the wheels. I bought this puzzle after assembling the piano and bench. This was much more difficult to assemble. The instructions were vague, and the "video" advertised in the instructions was only 1:38 minutes long and mostly showed a few slow-motion shots of someone assembling pieces of it. It was so fast it was useless. Also, inserting the tabs into the grooves required so much force on some parts that they broke. My daughter got a pumpkin ("Cinderella") with a cart/carriage for Christmas. It's a beautifully decorated little puzzle with real moving parts and that alone makes it so cool and worth the effort, although in our attempt to put it together and fix the bugs I had my doubts on many points.
