Royal Canin Medium Breed Adult Dry Dog Food - 6 Lb Bag Review

I bought this for my Aussie mix and so far, so good. It's the right size kibble for her; not too big or too small. I've seen an improvement in her coat and she has more energy. Usually she's scratching like crazy this time of year, as she starts to shed her winter coat. Not this year! Also, I notice less shedding overall. Very pleased. I will continue to feed this. I've tried all the brands, high and low price, and this is of excellent quality. Better than Blue, Iams or Diamond, in my opinion…

Great go to dog food. My dog seems to like it. I like how the cater to different sizes and ages of dogs. I will say I've ordered 4-5 bags now and twice the zip lock at the top of the bag has given way and broken but I just used a large clip to seal the bag instead of the zip lock.

My pup gobbles this down and gets excited every morning when he sees the pouch, like he never has before. He inhales it in two seconds.

Not sure why but my dogs love the breed specific food. Any breed doesn’t matter but are not fans of this formula. That's my review.

This has been our medium-sized dog's standard food for 2 years. Revain asks me to rate the flavor, but I have no experience tasting it myself. My dog consumes it, so it must taste good. He even reminds me it's time to eat more every afternoon. The breeder recommended the brand and our vet seems happy with the choice. He's remained healthy and we'll continue to feed it to him. Revain does a good job getting a heavy item in a bag to our door safely each time.

Love Royal Canin dry. I have 2 English Springer Spaniels, one 5 and one 14 yrs old. Since I changed to Royal my oldest has much less skin issues. She also is very picky eater and both dogs love the food. I also got tired of trying to find it in pet stores especially at gas prices now. I order from Revain and receive asap and I found I was now saving $22 a bag for the 30 lb bag. I’ll never switch.

The ingredients in this food must have changed. My dog has been eating the same brand food for over a year, but after starting this new bag he has developed a bad allergic reaction and won’t even eat it. He is itching so bad that he has open sores on his body. Whatever Royal Canin has done to change their food, it’s definitely something I won’t be buying anymore

My vet recommended this dog food, and I’ve never gone back! My frenchie has been eating this brand since he’s been 8 weeks. His coat is always great, no stomach issues or digestive issues especially since they are prevalent in his breed.

I personally didn't taste it, but my dog eats it without complaining. This was the brand my vet recommended for our husky.

good product good price BUT it seems dog food is always delayed or lost in transit. I had to buy a bag at the local pet store to cover the days this shipment was late

This food is doggie power food. My 2 year old 50 pound shepherd was finicky with foods, we would have to change the brand every month or she would not eat properly.This one she loves, and there is a huuuge difference in her stamina and health. She was lazy and getting fat. Now it takes me 2 hours in the park to tire her out and shes been in the best shape since we've had her.A bit pricey, but worth every penny. It lasts as long as cheaper brands because she needs a lesser quantity.Buy it.

Our dog had some issues with pancreatitis and the vet recommended a revised diet of Royal Canin Intestinal food…our dog loved it and recovered quickly. We decided to keep her on a regular version of Royal Canin and she still loves it. A bit more expensive than our previous brand but well worth it.

Changed from Natural Balance Lamb and Rice when that brand came out on the list of dog foods suspected of causing heart disease in dogs. Dog seems to like it ok. The cats keep eating it though which makes them puke. We have had to close off the dog food. We used to free feed all of our animals but lately I can’t find a dog food the cats will leave alone. I put their food up high so the dog can’t get it.

My dog loves this! Expensive, but she's a healthy girl and loves it, so I'm good with it. Cheaper here than PetSmart! Contains brewers rice!

I have been struggling to find a food that my picky German Shorthair Pointer would eat. She ate this with no hesitation. That's my feedback.

My dogs heart doctor likes this food and one other. I wish they had another flavor other than chicken. He's tired of it and doesn't want to eat it anymore. But his heart problem cleared up and he is off heart meds

I have been buying this brand and specific type for over 4 years . So far my two dogs are happy and they have not had any upset belly or complaints . I always have received my bags fresh and on time . I would definitely recommend this brand . It’s a little more expensive than other brands , but worth it for my dogs so far

My dog Jefe loves this food. And we love it too since it doesn’t give him terrible gas! It’s great quality food and I love that it’s delivered to my door on a bi monthly basis !
