Perfect for moving your PC WiFi antenna. A+

The product corresponds to the description. Using a cable, I routed the 2.4/5GHz WiFi antenna to a desktop PC. I connected the cable to the antenna connector and the antenna to the opposite end of the cable. Moving the antenna enabled a stable and fast wireless connection. The PC is built in a steel case and the signal was bad, now 100%. The threaded male end includes a washer, sprocket (lock washer) and nut allowing it to be fixed through and a suitable size made entirely of sheet metal or…

  • Good item
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Works, but introduces some damping.

The cables work fine, but be aware that even at 2m, enough attenuation has been added to significantly impact my Wi-Fi speed. I bought it because my computer is in the basement and my external WiFi antenna is stretched to the limit to reach the next shelf. I just wanted to introduce some leeway. However, I was frustrated enough with the effects of speed to remove it after testing. Now I don't have the proper testing tools (I'm sure I could download a utility but I didn't want to) so I don't…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Useful for extending router antennas

I used these cables to run three antennas from the back of my wireless router to the attic, increasing the signal strength in my one story home and yard. (This probably won't work with a multi-story building). At 6.5 feet long, they're just right for mounting antennas on rafters when the router is ceiling mounted (I put mine on the top shelf of a closet). These cables have connectors that correspond to the connectors commonly used on routers with external antennas. These connectors are much…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

Keep Moving: Network Antennas

This is a small cheap wire. The end broke on the 3rd day when it was out. I went to check the connection and the end just came loose in my hand. You get what you pay for. So I recommend spending a few bucks more for a quality cable. I tried to fix the end but couldn't fix the heat shrink and shirred connections. Delivery was fast.

  • Cool
Cons
  • Not Sure

Amazing computers and accessories

I bought two at first, one for each antenna port to improve Wi-Fi on all cameras. But I have a camera on the opposite side of the house from the other camera. So I had a thought (I know, the awful truth). What if I only connected the two extension cords I bought to one antenna? This is how I did it and it WORKS! I had an immediate improvement in reception on all three cameras on one side of the house. Now I'm buying more so I can hook up another antenna to a lonely camera at the other end of…

  • Great for a small home
