I love this lunch bag! I work as a nurse and can fit my lunch and some snacks in this bag, along with a bottle of water on each side! I put a few bags of tea, gum, bags of snacks, and my supplies into the slot on the flap. I bought a separate pack of four ice packs. Together with the insulating interior, it keeps the taste of my food for at least 5 hours. This lunch box WAS great. It fits perfectly in my lunch boxes and holds enough food for the whole day. BUT, today I looked down and found that the handle is completely worn out! Beautiful box. It meets all my needs especially with mesh holders on both sides for my water bottle and coffee mug. I bought this lunch bag because I have already used the Rubbermaid Lunch Blox and I liked it. I love that it keeps containers upright and secure and that it has a full body harness in addition to the handle. I have two of these, black and blue. Black is kind of ugly I would say. Daughter has blue, son has black. This is by far the best I have found to pair well with Rubbermaid food blocks.
