This is an adorable costume and it seems cheap. The medium was a good size for my 15lb Bichon Frize. It appeared to have parts to allow the collar to light up, but I couldn't get it to work.

. I ordered a large one and had to add a Velcro strap to better secure the strap under her belly. I also added a string between the two ear straps to hold the hat in place. With these simple modifications, the costume turned out great!

I bought this for my dog to wear to the Renaissance Fair and it looked so cute! He got lots of compliments and pats all day and he was the only dog in a suit there. He even left the cap on for about half a day, and the collar lit up, although we didn't need it. As Halloween approaches, he can dress up in his super cool costume while we're giving out candy, and he can use his glow-in-the-dark collar!

Great dog costume with hat and cape. The cape has a thick glowing collar and velcro to fasten it to the belly. The hat has an elastic band that goes under the dog's chin with elastic ear loops. (I glued a styrofoam cone to the hat so it fits snugly) Good quality for occasional wear. Be sure to measure your dog, use their chart and choose a larger size if unsure. Sizes vary in 1-2 inch increments, so it's important not to guess to get the right size. Excellent value for money and quality!

I love this little wizard costume. I ordered size XL for my medium sized dog. She weighs 35 pounds and the XL fits perfectly. Costume includes cape, hat and cardboard hanger. I would like to start by saying this was a last minute purchase for an honest estimate. I needed something sweet fast and this definitely helped me with that. However, my height is 45 pounds. The mix for the Basset hound that is needed due to its size (XL) wasn't available so I thought I'd go to the XXL and undercut it.
