Small changes can make this amazing

I like that it is easy to fill and mostly easy to install. A little more slot and higher sides would make this feeder great.

Pros
  • easy to clean: all parts of the feeder can be disassembled, they can be washed directly in water, it is recommended to wash once a week.

Works but had to change something!

Of all the weekend feeders, this one worked the best, but I had to carefully add two extra slots and sand them down on the plastic piece that comes with the plate in order for it to work on my bunnies' bars. The slot on the part that goes in the bowl and goes through the bar on the cage didn't line up with my bars to fit properly. But after some manual work I was able to get it working.

Cage size matters

This is a great concept but I didn't realize cage wire size was important. So now I have two feeders that I actually use for candy.

Gravity feed works but my rabbit…

Gravity feed works as it should but my rabbit likes to rummage through the food to find what he likes and scatter the rest everywhere…. So it doesn't work for me and Fuzzy Pain!

Makes feeding easier

I first bought this for my 3 ferrets knowing it was made for rabbits. But I thought that it would be possible to dispense pellets and they should fit on the cage. Read the description and make sure it fits. The vertical bars on my cage were too thick. Luckily there was a hole big enough that I could bend enough to fit. It almost didn't work on my cell phone. But here, too, I did not measure in advance as recommended. I love how I can pour food in and it's distributed. This may not be the best…
