Excellent Customer Service and Support

The support was very helpful and easy to understand. We were new to this software and they worked together with our team to get all parties on the same page. They have helped us with everything from implementation to customizations to additional product features that we need to use. They are extremely responsive and work with our team to answer questions quickly, even if it's something not directly relating to their product. I'd highly recommend them! Their level of responsiveness is great…

Very useful tool for managing internal teams.

I like how it can be used as an internal tool or even externally with other employees of our firm who are not part of your team if you so choose! It's very easy in terms of navigation once one has been trained by their Account Manager/sales rep but there could always use some fine tuning here & then - we're working towards this already though :) The best thing about using rudders internally was its ability to give us visibility across all departments within my organization which allowed me to…

A highly recommended tool to manage teams efficiently

The best thing about this software has been its ability of organizing our team's work very well in terms both organizationally as also from an efficiency perspective which I think was one area we struggled with before using it - especially working remotely where things can get messy pretty quickly! We are now able solve even more problems than when not having any system like this at all previously. And being remote makes us feel supported by such great people who help out often too so thats…
