The support was very helpful and easy to understand. We were new to this software and they worked together with our team to get all parties on the same page. They have helped us with everything from implementation to customizations to additional product features that we need to use. They are extremely responsive and work with our team to answer questions quickly, even if it's something not directly relating to their product. I'd highly recommend them! Their level of responsiveness is great. They took the time to educate us on how to best utilize the software as well as what to expect in the future. It's an amazing service, with incredible support. I would like to see more integrations between different services and platforms. That way, we can keep track of everything. We're solving a problem when it comes to managing our day to day operations.
