After trying this incredible winch, I can confidently say it lives up to the hype! It's powerful and reliable, capable of handling any terrain. The synthetic rope is a major upgrade over traditional steel allowing for SMOOTH and safe operation.However, the installation process can be a bit tricky for beginners. Overall, this is a must-have for any off-road enthusiasts looking to tackle tough obstacles with ease..

Migraine Period - External Accessory

After opening the outer packaging, I am clearly disappointed. The inner box was completely broken and items were missing. The rail, fastening material, hook and cotter pin were missing. The styrofoam looked like someone just dropped a box, it's a little heavier than a winch but now I have a mess in my hands. I'll be calling Rough Ridge direct to order parts - thanks for the added headache.
