I bought a medium and was afraid it might be too big but using the larger slot was perfect. Fits my iPhone 7 snugly, didn't have to take it out of the case. The key slot is for a house key, but I needed room for a car key, which makes the card slot a nice feature. I was able to put my card and car key in this spot and it fit snugly around my arm. I used at least 4 bracelets before buying, even the ones that cost me twice as much as my last cheap ones, I still have to say they are great buy .it has everything you could wish for. There is a pocket for your card. The pocket for your key has a nice texture that's soft to the touch and what I like best is the top that seals the phone in place so you don't have to worry about it falling out. and when you wrap it around your hand, you don't have to pull it all the way to make sure it stays on.
